People & Talent Specialist

The position will play a key role in supporting both talent acquisition and people operations across the organisation. This is a high-visibility role suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable balancing strategic exposure with hands‑on execution.

The role will focus heavily on recruitment in the immediate term to support organisational growth, while also partnering closely with the HRBP on broader people initiatives, employee relations, HR operations and organisational development matters.
