Per Diem Licensed Vocational Nurse

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The PT's/LVN's primary responsibility is to provide consistently effective clinical services, behavioral health and physical, to the clients of the Urgent Care Center. This includes the direct provision of psychiatric, medical and pharmacy services; assistance if needed with medical, behavioral health and pharmacy services for the Residential Treatment Program; establishing and maintaining effective relations with clients, client families and support people, and with the general community; and maintaining a comfortable, safe, non-institutional ambiance in the program. Services must be provided in a manner that is safe and helpful for clients, staff and the general community, and that evidences a non-institutional character that is congruent with Social Rehabilitation values and principles.
