Job Summary (List Format) for Inpatient Rehabilitation Program - Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital, Oklahoma City:
- Provide inpatient rehabilitation services for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other medical conditions.
- Work in a low stimulation, secured unit equipped with monitored rooms, specialized beds, patient lifts, and dedicated therapy gym and dining areas.
- Utilize advanced therapy equipment, including high-tech devices such as the InMotion Robotic Arm and therapy car for functional mobility training.
- Support patients and families in practicing daily living tasks within specialized apartment settings.
- Ensure patient comfort in private, family-friendly rooms furnished with sleeper chairs.
- Facilitate rehabilitation using an outdoor healing garden and walking trail designed to promote recovery.
