Performance Development Manager (PDM)

In a time of rapid expansion in Sport in Singapore, Singapore Gymnastics is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the team as a Performance Development Manager (PDM). The role is responsible for leading the implementation, operational delivery, and continuous improvement of the performance development system under the direction of the Performance Director. The PDM plans, implements, and improves Singapore Gymnastics’ performance development system across all disciplines, overseeing athlete pathways, National Training Centres (NTCs), competitions, technical systems, and stakeholder alignment. The objective is to integrate grassroots, pathway, and national squad levels to support long-term athlete development and international performance outcomes, while managing key programmes and ensuring effective delivery of performance initiatives across the organisation.
