A Performance Marketing Manager is an expert in planning and implementing innovative paid advertising campaigns to grow the user base, traffic, and engagement for Kushals. The role focuses on customer acquisition, retention, improving ROAS, and maximizing conversions through data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other performance channels
• Own and optimize the full-funnel customer journey — awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention
• n.Increase conversion rates and lower CAC by optimizing ad creatives, targeting, landing pages, and funnel performance
• e.Conduct A/B tests to improve click-through, engagement, and purchase behavior
• r.Manage budgets effectively and allocate funds based on performance, ROI, and campaign goals
