The acquisition engine is live across paid social, search, SEO, and CRM. The channels work. What's missing is the person who drives performance across all of them, holds the number, and leads the team running it day to day.
You own the full patient journey, from first impression to booked appointment to long-term retention. Including budget, CAC, conversion, and measurements.
What You'll Focus On- Build and execute a quarterly growth roadmap across paid, organic, and partnership channels; translate commercial targets into channel priorities and iterate fast.
- Lead a team of growth marketers while staying in the work: ad-set level, A/B testing, creative calls.
- Own the performance marketing budget; full accountability for CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
