We're hiring a Performance Growth Specialist- Paid Search to operate and scale paid acquisition, with a strong focus on Google Ads and to grow into owning client relationships over time, with support from our senior strategists.

This role is hands-on, close to performance, and accountable for outcomes.

What you'll be doing

On performance:

• Build and manage Google Ads campaigns end-to-end (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, Demand Gen)
• Optimise campaigns with a focus on sales, CPA and ROAS
• Manage keywords, search terms, bidding strategies and budgets with rigor
• Monitor Quality Score, ad relevance and feed health, and act on them early
• Read performance data and identify optimisation opportunities early
