About the role:
The Performance Management Intern will provide administrative and coordination support to the Performance Management team, ensuring the smooth and timely execution of performance evaluation–related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in ensuring the timely submission of regularization requirements for probationary employees by preparing and sending reminders to appraisees and their assigned managers.
- Monitor and track the status of regularization submissions, and review submitted requirements to ensure completeness and compliance with established guidelines.
- Support the research and development of topics and content for learning sessions, ensuring relevance, timeliness, and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to performance management activities, as needed.
