Responsibilities Manages the development, solicitation, negotiation, administration, modification, and termination of performance based contract services. Strong working knowledge of performance-based acquisition strategies and service contract administration. Experience preparing technical acquisition documentation including PWSs, QASPs, IGEs, and service summaries. Experience conducting contract surveillance, inspections, and contractor performance evaluations.
