Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and performance-driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in B2B lead generation campaigns, campaign optimization, and analytical decision-making, with the ability to generate high-quality leads at scale while improving overall ROI and CPL performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop, launch, and manage search, social, display, and retargeting campaigns across all major paid platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.). Continuously optimize campaigns to drive high-quality leads at a lower cost per lead (CPL). Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to boost performance. Manage and track campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficiency and ROI.
