Opportunity Description
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage end-to-end social media and support performance marketing initiatives. The role includes content creation, planning, posting, engagement, and campaign execution across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals Create engaging posts, captions, and short-form videos Schedule and publish content using tools like Hootsuite/Buffer Monitor performance and optimize engagement and growth Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube Ads) Track key metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS) Build and manage marketing funnels and tracking systems (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel) Set up automation workflows (Pabbly, Zapier) Analyze data and generate performance reports Requirements: 2–4 years in performance marketing Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads Strong content creation and social media management skills Famili...
