Performance Marketing Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for a performance marketing manager, in a newly created role for an ambitious trend led retailer!
This role will see you scale and lead digital acquisition through Meta, Google and other paid platforms.

The role:
Own and manage all paid performance channels
Develop and test new acquisition funnels
Manage budgets and strategy across performance marketing
Partner with creative, and other teams to develop content

The Candidate:
Previous experience with performance marketing with a trend driven retailer
A track record of managing large scale budgets and teams
Understands ROAS, PC3, LTV:CAC and other key ecommerce metrics
Experience with Klaviyo, GA4, GTM or Pinterest Ads would be desireable
