Position: Manager – Performance Marketing
What you will do:
Own end-to-end performance marketing execution across key paid channels such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across search, display, video, and app campaigns (UAC/PMax)
Drive continuous experimentation to improve core performance metrics like CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer, and Singular
Monitor and optimize marketing spends to maximize ROI and scale campaigns efficiently
Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities across existing and new paid channels
Work closely on app performance and user acquisition funnels, improving conversion across key touchpoints
Collaborate with creative teams to test and scale UGC (User
Generated Content) creatives for better performance
