Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive B2B customer acquisition, retention, increase conversion, and revenue growth.
• Manage all online and offline advertising campaigns including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including creative, business development, and analytics to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns including ads, sales tools, SEM, and SEO.
• Manage and optimize Search (CPC) and Display (CPM) campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance, cost per acquisition (CPA), and maximize ROI.
