Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, App) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). Apple Search Ads experience is a bonus. Independently manage ad accounts, including campaign setup, budget allocation, A/B testing, creative iteration, and audience targeting. Focus on performance metrics such as leads, FTD, CPA, and ROI, optimizing for conversions rather than just traffic or impressions. Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CVR, CPL, CPA/CAC, ROAS) and implement data-driven strategies to improve results.
