We’re looking for a highly analytical and growth-focused specialist to own and scale our paid acquisition channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to drive profitable growth through data, creativity, and continuous optimization across the full customer funnel.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, with TikTok experience a plus.
• Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, and other core performance metrics.
• Test and scale high‑performing creatives, hooks, offers, and UGC concepts.
• Develop and optimize full‑funnel acquisition strategies from awareness to conversion.
