Performance marketing specialist

We are looking for a commercially driven Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and scale high-performing digital campaigns across Meta, Google, You Tube, and Display channels within a fast-paced retail/e Commerce environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on paid media experience, a highly analytical mindset, and a proven ability to drive ROAS, optimise conversion performance, and scale campaigns effectively while managing substantial budgets.
