As the Performance Multimedia Designer (The Hands), you will be the internal engine for creative production. Your focus is on the rapid execution of high-volume, high-converting visual assets that drive results across paid media and social channels.

Key Responsibilities Produce high-volume ad creatives, including static images, carousels, and short‑form video for Meta. Edit fast‑paced, platform‑native Reels and Tik Tok‑style content with a focus on stopping power. Rapidly iterate and repurpose content from shoots for various platforms and formats.
