Description We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and child-friendly Performer / Indoor Playground Instructor to create a fun, engaging, and safe environment for children and families. The successful candidate will combine customer service, child engagement, mascot performances, and operational support to deliver an enjoyable and memorable experience for all visitors. Key Responsibilities Handle ticketing and admissions sales accurately and efficiently. Promote and explain membership programmes to guests. Attend to guests' enquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience. Host activities, events, and interactive sessions for children and families. Perform and dance as a mascot during scheduled appearances and special events.
