About the role

 We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Perioperative Services Manager to lead a high-performing team across 7 operating theatres, 1 procedure room, Day Surgery Unit (DSU), Post Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU), and Admissions Centre. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and exceptional patient outcomes across the entire perioperative journey.
