**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our **Perioperative Educator** , you will be instrumental in fostering nursing staff development and ensuring clinical excellence across our surgical departments at St. Bernardine Medical Center, Community Hospital of San Bernardino, and Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center. On a daily basis, you'll find yourself serving as a clinical education specialist, implementing evidence-based practice through robust competency assessment and continuing education programs. You'll lead by aligning all healthcare education with our operational goals and leadership priorities, driving professional growth and ensuring consistently high-quality patient care.
