Perioperative Services Manager

There is a leadership opportunity for an experienced and motivated Perioperative Services Manager to join an expanding perioperative department. This senior leadership role will see you leading service delivery, driving operational performance, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes at a private hospital in Brisbane. This is a full-time role (76 hours per fortnight). ABOUT THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include:

 Providing clinical and operational leadership across perioperative services;

Leading and developing a high-performing multidisciplinary team;

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs);

Ensuring compliance with NSQHS, ACORN and relevant legislative standards;

Overseeing theatre utilisation, workforce planning and resource management;
