Permanent Care Assistant

MPA is currently seeking dedicated Care Assistants to join a well-established, family-run care centre. This role is Permanent Full time. In this role, you will help maintain the highest standards of care while promoting residents’ dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills who are committed, compassionate, and motivated to make a positive difference in residents’ lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care that respects dignity, privacy, and wellbeing
• Act as a key worker for assigned patients, assisting new residents to settle into the home
• Support patients with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and maintaining a presentable appearance
• Assist with meals, snacks, and drinks, monitoring intake and reporting any concerns
• Observe, record, and report any changes in patients’ condition to the Nurse-in-Charge
