Monthly Salary: 7,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the Engineering and Operation in fulfilling the actions required from point of contract till successful redelivery of aero-engine
- Coordinate with customers and internal operations department to ensure contractual requirements and any additional service requirements are fulfilled during the aero-engine shop visit
- Monitor and ensure timely completion and redelivery of aero-engines to customers
- Manage cost of aero-engine shop visit within the projected budget
- Ascertain accurate and timely invoicing to customers for services rendered and manage their outstanding credit
- Resolve customer concerns/ issues through effective communication and clarifications
- Occasional overseas travel might be required
