Permanent Support Worker

MPA are currently recruiting Permanent Support Workers for our client Apex Housing, in the Derry/ Londonderry Area. This role will be based at Ballyoan House.

This is a Full-time role (36 hours per week) to include weekends.

The salary for all Support Workers positions is £25,992 per annum. (£13.47 per hour) Night shifts also get a £15 night allowance in addition to the hourly rate.

Job Duties:

• Assist in the development, implementation and review of support and care plans taking account of the views of the tenants, their families and significant others
• Assist tenants to participate in agreed programmes of support to achieve maximum independence.
• Provide support and assistance to tenant (via the key worker scheme) in order to maintain personal care needs <...
