Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote products, services, or special offers.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
• Answer customer questions and address objections professionally.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Follow company scripts, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Update customer information in the CRM system.
