Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating activities of workshop technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Inspecting, diagnosing and repairing agricultural machinery and equipment.
• Developing maintenance schedules and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
• Ordering supplies and parts needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Training and mentoring technicians on the latest industry standards and safety procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Keeping accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
