Permitting Specialist (Chandler, AZ)

We are recruiting for experienced Network Permitting Specialist for a long term project in the AZ, PA, TX, or IL markets. Candidates should have experience working with local utility companies, and obtaining permits for tower & wireless telecom projects.
The Permitting Specialist is responsible for obtaining all required entitlement approvals to have external customers on air on time and within budget. The Specialist must provide timely system updates and communicate effectively proposing jurisdictional permitting and zoning solutions to customers, both internal and external.



Top Skills Needed:

• Front side permitting exp required; experience with the beginning phases of permitting (submitting applications vs. closing a permit)

• Knowledge of Zoning and Permitting processes; Telecommunications and tower experience a plus

• Working knowledge of 6409 and Eligible facility request (EFR) timelines
