Opportunity Description
PERSONAL ASSISTANT FOR CEO OF A REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization's CEO, by accompanying him to clients throughout the Florida area; as well as meetings that may be outside the Florida area. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary. Specifically accompanying and taking valuable notes for meetings.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
- Schedule travel and accompany CEO as personal assistance at these meetings

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
