Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
Manage Directors’ calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Prepare reports, letters, and other documents.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
Liaise with internal departments and external parties.
Organize meetings and take meeting minutes when required.
Maintain confidential records and documents.
Assist with ad-hoc administrative and personal tasks assigned by Management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 1 year of administrative or PA experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
