Personal Assistant (PA) cum Administrative Support
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide EA/PA support to the Business Unit Leader
- Assist in supporting general administrative tasks for one or more employees other than the direct supervisor, including but not limited to:
- General filing and records maintenance
- Compiling data for reports
- Preparing expense reports
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Preparing/editing presentations
- Making travel arrangements
- Distributing mail and greeting/escorting visitors
- Assisting newly onboarded employees
- Coordinating contract signing and liaising with the Accounts Payable team for cheque payment release
