Opportunity Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the MD. Manage and prioritize the MD's calendar to optimize their time. Communication Handling: Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Draft and prepare emails, letters, reports, and other documents on behalf of the MD. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all arrangements are in place. Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting materials. Attend meetings with the MD, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Information Management: Maintain and organize files, records, and documents. Conduct research and prepare briefs or summaries as needed.
