Opportunity Description
The Personal Assistant will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize meetings, including agenda creation, document preparation, and minute-taking.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure the CEO is well‑prepared for meetings and engagements.
- Provide guidance, support, and coordination to ensure seamless workflow within the administrative team.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance efficiency in administrative processes.
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
