Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to children/young people with SEN
- Assist with daily routines, social activities, and community access
- Support emotional wellbeing and development
- Follow care plans and work collaboratively with families
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment
About You:
- Caring, patient, and understanding nature
- Experience with SEN (preferred but not essential)
- Reliable and flexible to meet varying schedules
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trusting relationships
