Job Summary:

The Personal Banker is responsible for providing a full range of banking services for the branch's retail customers. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the bank's retail accounts and services for both consumer and business customers. Makes recommendations about additional services beneficial to customer and refers to other lines of business when applicable.
