Personal Care Formulation Scientist

We're looking for someone who enjoys building products from the ground up.

This role will be responsible for developing skincare, suncare, and personal care formulations, evaluating new ingredients, running lab trials, and working closely with manufacturers to bring products to market.

• Develop new formulations across skincare, suncare, and personal care categories.
• Evaluate ingredients, actives, and technologies for performance, stability and cost.
• Conduct formulation trials and iterate based on testing results.
• Design and oversee stability, compatibility, and performance testing.
• Work with manufacturing partners during scale-up and production.
• Troubleshoot formulation and manufacturing issues as they arise.
• Maintain formulation records and technical documentation.
• Keep up with new ingredients, formulation approaches and industry developments.
