Responsibilities

• Safely drive the Director to and from appointments, meetings, airports, and other destinations as required.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well‑maintained, and in good working condition at all times.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and arrange servicing, maintenance, and repairs when necessary.
• Plan driving routes efficiently to avoid traffic delays and ensure punctuality.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism regarding the employer’s personal and business matters.
• Assist with dispatch, document collection, or other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
• Monitor road safety regulations and comply with all traffic laws.
• Keep records of vehicle maintenance, petrol usage, tolls, and mileage when required.
• Be flexible to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when necessary.
