Mode Search is partnering with a renowned luxury fashion brand to support the search for a highly organised and discreet Personal EA to a senior executive within the business.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in London, reporting into the lead EAs, this position is focused primarily on personal support, while requiring regular coordination with the wider professional team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The Role

• Provide high-level personal support to the executive, acting as a trusted right hand
• Manage a fluid and busy personal schedule, coordinating appointments, family logistics, and lifestyle admin
• Oversee all travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, transfers, and itineraries for both personal and family travel
