Compensation: 120,000 base plus percentage of resolved cases (open to negotiation)

Key Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume docket from intake through resolution
Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Negotiate settlements and litigate large cases, including 7-figure matters
Collaborate with the firm's founder on strategy and business development
