Harkaye Core Talent is partnering with a leading Yorkshire law firm to recruit an experienced RTA / EL / PL Fee Earner to join its growing Personal Injury team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a varied caseload of Road Traffic Accident (RTA), Employers' Liability (EL), and Public Liability (PL) claims from inception through to settlement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of litigated and pre-litigated RTA, EL and PL claims.
• Liaise with clients, medical experts, insurers and counsel.
• Draft legal documents and witness statements.
• Negotiate settlements and progress claims efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional client care throughout the claims process.
