Opportunity Description
Represent plaintiffs in complex litigation matters involving medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, personal injury, wrongful death, and employment law claims.
Manage all phases of litigation from case intake through trial, including investigations, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and courtroom appearances.
Conduct detailed case evaluations, analyze medical records, and collaborate with medical experts to develop liability and damages strategies.
Advocate for victims of medical negligence, nursing home abuse and neglect, workplace discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination.
Draft and argue dispositive motions, discovery motions, and appellate briefs before state and federal courts.
Take and defend depositions of parties, fact witnesses, treating physicians, expert witnesses, and corporate representatives.
