The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocating for injured clients, capable of managing litigation personal injury matters, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment focused on achieving outstanding client results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of plaintiff personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and general negligence claims.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal correspondence.
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
