Job Description

The Personal Injury Solicitor will be:* Managing a caseload of litigated defendant EL and PL claims from inception through to trial* Handling complex multi track matters valued up to £350,000* Acting on behalf of large retail and corporate clients* Preparing cases for trial, including witness statements, disclosure and instructions to counsel* Advising clients on litigation strategy, liability and quantum* Conducting negotiations and settlement discussions where appropriate* Ensuring ...
