Position : Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Type : In-Office (5 Days/Week), Full-Time, Permanent
Pay : Starting from $45,000 annually
What You Will Do:
- Service and grow a personal lines portfolio
- Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and accounts receivable
- Advise clients on coverage and support policy/claims inquiries
- Maintain accurate records in our broker management system
- Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and colleagues
What You Bring:
- Provincial insurance license (Level 1 or RIBO) is required
- Minimum 3 years of insurance experience as a direct writer or from any brokerage company is an asset.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems
