The Behavioural Economics graduate will operate across functions (Analytics, Digital, Product, Marketing, Channel) leveraging behavioural insights to design nudges that shape customer behaviour in a way that generates commercial value to the Bank.
The Behavioural Economics team is responsible for researching, collating and recommending global best-practice behavioural case studies from industry and academia, which in turn guide the design and development of new initiatives, implemented through multi-disciplinary teams and regular experimentation. The focus is on the full spectrum of personal and business banking services and initiatives span across financial wellbeing, customer outcomes such as improving savings rates and credit performance, and internal productivity.
