A personal secretary/administrator position within the WCCS Directorate at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy. This role is busy, rewarding and fast‑paced.
Qualifications
- Proven secretarial and administrative experience
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills
- Detail‑focussed approach
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Flexibility and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work across all sites and over 5 days as required
