General Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented PFI Support Services Manager to lead our grounds maintenance and cleaning subcontractors, together with our in‑house cleaning and caretaking teams, within a PFI environment. You will have overall responsibility for ensuring that all KPIs and output specifications are met in accordance with our contractual obligations and will provide and report monthly performance figures, ensuring standards are met without compromise while working closely with a strategic and meticulous client/customer.
