Base Salary: CAD $72,521.00 - 109,341.00

About the Role

You will have the opportunity to work with our in‑house specialty team and supervise the day‑to‑day operations of the pharmacy to provide direct patient care for our patients. Conduct virtual and/or in‑person consultations and trainings for patients starting on biologic and other specialty medications.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication counselling and disease management education as required – answering any clinical questions, therapeutic concerns relating to patients’ drug therapy and disease management.
• Obtain, interpret, and evaluate all physician medication orders to assure therapeutic appropriateness, cost‑effectiveness, accuracy, and completeness.
