Job Responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries on social media platforms, including Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram.
• Create engaging marketing content related to nutrition and pharmacy topics.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, roadshows, warehouse sales, and promotional activities.
• Collect and manage customer testimonials and feedback.
• Promote and cross-market in-house healthcare products.
• Perform basic video editing for social media and marketing content.
• Participate in video creation or LIVE sessions to enhance engagement and earn additional incentives.
