Pharmacist

•Supporting pharmaceutical services in terms of receiving prescriptions, compounding and preparing medicines as well as distributing medicines in outpatient and inpatient pharmacy services to ensure that patients' drug needs are met in accordance with the service and quality standards set by the hospital. Monitor and continuously check the service management of Pharmacist Assistants and Runners in the outpatient and inpatient pharmacy units to ensure that the standards and procedures set by the hospital are carried out correctly and consistently.

•Receive and handle complaints from patients, doctors, nurses, or other departments related to pharmacy inpatient unit services to ensure customer satisfaction with pharmacy inpatient unit services

•Monitor implementation procedures and the process of providing pharmaceutical inpatient unit services in relation to established policies, standards and procedures, except for operational obstacles that may b...
